I offer a variety of flavours and am happy to combine or create new flavours if you have something specific in mind, but here are some of the most popular:
Rich chocolate; a delicious moist dark chocolate cake layered with chocolate ganache and a chocolate or vanilla buttercream
Light chocolate; a slightly lighter version that works well with a vanilla, mint or orange buttercream
Lemon; lemon zest sponge soaked in lemon syrup with Limoncello layered with lemon curd and vanilla buttercream
Carrot and Coconut; my slight twist to the traditional carrot cake. Containing coconut, walnuts, and glace ginger pieces soaked with orange syrup and layered with vanilla buttercream
Coffee and Walnut; made with espresso coffee and layered with a fabulous cappuccino flavoured milk chocolate ganache which brings the flavours together perfectly
Vanilla; Madagascan Vanilla Sponge soaked with vanilla syrup and layered with either strawberry or raspberry conserve with a smooth vanilla buttercream.
Strawberry and Champagne; sponge laced with champagne syrup and layered with strawberry and champagne jam and vanilla buttercream
Raspberry; Cake layered with raspberry buttercream and whipped white chocolate ganache.
Light Fruit; this is made using dates, prunes and apricots and not as sweet as traditional fruit cakes which has converted many of my clients to liking fruit cake!
Rich dark fruit; a traditional fruit cake which has matured and soaked in brandy. Great to have as a tier alongside other flavours.
Lime and Coconut; a lovely light sponge with a delicate texture full of citrus notes. The sponge is touched with a citrus syrup and layered with a Malibu buttercream.
Red Velvet; a fabulous moist cake layered with vanilla buttercream.
