A light sponge with a vanilla syrup and layered with vanilla buttercream and strawberry

conserve (option to have raspberry).

 

Luscious Lemon

A light sponge with fresh lemon zest enriched with a lemon and Limoncello syrup.

Layered up with Sicilian lemon curd and vanilla buttercream. (Alternative, add Elderflower or blueberries).

 

Rich Chocolate

Rich dark and totally scrumptious cake layered with dark Belgian chocolate ganache and chocolate buttercream (Also available in mint).

 

Carrot Cake

Scrumptious carrot cake with hazelnuts soaked in orange syrup and layered with a choice of vanilla or cinnamon buttercream.

 

Fruit Cake

A recipe that has turned those adamant that they don’t like it to wolfing it down! This recipe is less sweet and cakier in texture. Covered with a white marzipan and matured for a minimum of three months in the best brandy.

A delicious velvety cake with a deep red colour, layered with white chocolate ganache and vanilla buttercream to give you a delicate yet rich experience.

A decadent sponge with fresh espresso coffee and Californian walnuts. Layered with smooth cappuccino ganache and vanilla buttercream.

A luscious cake with pieces of raspberry mixed throughout layered with white chocolate and vanilla buttercream.

 

Spiced Apple Crumble Cake

This is literally like the pudding but in cake form! (my personal favourite!) Thin pieces of apple running through flavoured with cinnamon and layered with a cinnamon buttercream and topped once cut with a crumble mix. Absolutely divine!

 

Carrot & Coconut Cake

A textured cake with walnuts, soaked with citrus syrup of orange and lemon and layered up with vanilla buttercream (option cinnamon buttercream).

 

Coconut & Lime with Malibu

A light and delicate cake with a tropical feel. Fresh lime zest and soaked in Malibu syrup layered with lime curd and Malibu buttercream.

 

Cherry Bakewell Cake

An almond flavoured sponge with ground almonds giving a rich texture layered with cherry berries
